Peggy has been a career banker for over 35 years; all within the community banking industry in Southern California. Her areas of experience include accounting and finance, corporate governance, operations administration, human resources, and regulatory liaison. She has been intimately involved in the formation of banks, and operational restructuring of banks as well. She has also worked extensively in consulting capacities to several banks, including consultation in the areas of bank formation, operational restructuring, expert witness testimony, and mergers and acquisition pricing and consolidation. Peggy is a graduate of the School for Bank Administration at the University of Wisconsin, Madison.
